Buying carpets and Shipping

1. Browse through the many photos on our site and select a carpet or style that interests you.

2. Contact Indigo Gallery and ask for more detailed and specific information and photographs.

3. Make your final selection.

4. Payment & Shipping - Indigo Gallery is happy to discuss different payment options with our customers. All pieces are shipped  and  fully insured with United Parcel Services (UPS). We provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your carpet's progress via the internet.

IF YOU ARE NOT SURE THE CARPET IS THE EXACT ONE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR...

Because we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, Indigo Gallery gives you the opportunity to view the carpet in your home prior to purchase.  So, if you are interested in any of our pieces from our web site catalogue we can send the item to you as a consignment via UPS or DHL..

You may keep them for up to 1 week in your home. If you decide not to buy, UPS will collect the pieces from your home and return them to Indigo Gallery. You will only pay the cost of having the pieces shipped back to us.

If you wish to purchase the pieces, just advise us and the only cost to you is for the carpets, you will pay no shipping costs.  We accept VISA & MASTER CARD for payments or bank transfers.

We request that you advise the type of shipping you require (regular/consignment) prior to dispatch. Please contact us for the costs of shipping as a consignment.
